1. Eligibility for Returns

- The product is unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging
- All accessories, tags, and components are intact
- You have proof of purchase (order ID or confirmation email)
Used, damaged, or worn paddles are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used paddles
- Custom or limited-edition products
- Gift cards
- Items bought during clearance or final-sale events
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank
If your return is rejected due to improper condition, our team will notify you via email.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your paddle for another model:
- The original item must meet all return eligibility criteria
- Exchanges depend on stock availability
- Any price differences (higher or lower) will be adjusted accordingly
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order ID and clear photos of the defect
- Our team will inspect the case and offer a replacement or refund based on our warranty guidelines
CTRL™ does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
