This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what isn’t, and how to request support.
1. Warranty Coverage
CTRL™ paddles come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in:
- Materials
- Construction
- Craftsmanship
- Structural integrity of the core and face
This warranty applies only to paddles purchased directly from CTRL™ or authorized retailers.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and lasts for:
• 6 months for paddles
Covers manufacturing defects only.
3. What’s Covered
Manufacturing defects such as:
- Delamination
- Handle separation
- Core defects
- Severe warping due to manufacturing fault
- Surface defects that affect performance
4. What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage from normal wear and tear
- Chips, scratches, or cosmetic marks
- Water damage or heat exposure
- Damage due to improper storage
- Abuse, drops, or impacts
- Unauthorized modifications
- Third-party alterations or repairs
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
5. Replacement Policy
If your claim is approved:
- CTRL™ will replace the product with the same model
- If unavailable, an equivalent model may be offered
- Refunds are not issued under warranty claims
Replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

- A short description of what happened

7. Unauthorized Sellers Disclaimer
Products purchased from marketplaces, resellers, or unofficial retailers may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
Always buy from the official CTRL™ website or authorized partners.
